Your Childhood is Leading Your Decisions

Today, I leave you with a quick download on how your childhood is still leading your life and making your decisions for you. Then, I share a riff I did on my IG stories @jodierodenbaugh after a client intensive where we went into these phases and stages of his childhood, extracted the core of his decisions, and rewired it all so that he's leading with his creative juice not what he didn't get as a young boy.

To say I blew his mind in the first 15 minutes of this 90 minute session would be an understatement, but then we also rewired his nervous system, rebalanced his brain, and handed back to him his core power.

He is scaling both his life & business but felt stuck, like he was spinning in circles knowing what to do but not being able to execute it due to his parents still leading his decisions.

He is liberated! Long term effects depend on embodiment practice because muscle has memory so he can choose to allow himself to be supported in the real physical change, but what he knows about himself now can never be fully forgotten but he can create amnesia and memory loss if he tires to scale without the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic expansion as well.

I have a really quick riff for you

all on the number one thing that stops

you, blocks you, prevents you from

magnetizing a match that your soul deeply

desires and deserves from expanding

from a roommate marriage or even a

woundmate marriage and into a soulmate.

Or wholemate marriage and what

also is the top priority before

you step into any marriage or long

term relationship or partnership.

And I say partnership because it is the

same exact work, the same exact work

when we're working with any relationship.

The only difference, the only

difference is the sexual intimacy.

That we don't build into other

relationships and other partnerships.

But it has nothing to do with whether

or not he's gonna pick up his clothes,

he's gonna do what he needs to do,

he's going to put the toilet seat down.

It has nothing to do with even sexual

attraction at this point or the

viability that attraction will continue.

It has nothing to do with

communication at this point.

What it has to do with, the number

one thing is it has everything

to do with your childhood trauma.

And there are some people that

realize that they have childhood

trauma while others go on to believe

that there was no trauma at all.

I had a lovely childhood.

Why can't, why can't I do this one thing?

I am successful in every area of

my life except for this one thing.

Why?

I'm going to tell you that

everyone has childhood trauma.

It's part of the process

of growth and evolution.

It's where we are as humans and There's

particular developmental stages that

we go through as children and 99.

:

99 percent of our parents did not

know what these developmental stages

:

were and without awareness of what

those developmental stages were and

:

without awareness of what they were

missing in their own childhood and

:

their own well being, they didn't

hold the capacity to assist you.

to guide you, to lead you by example

of these developmental stages.

And these developmental stages are so

critical that no matter how old you are,

No matter how successful you are, if

you're not aware of what you missed during

:

these developmental stages and work to

master these stages today, you will never

:

have the relationship experience that you

came for, because the biggest reason why

marriages don't work Are these fundamental

pieces that are missing from childhood?

And this is just step one in

relationship alchemy, but it's

:

a pivotal and massive step.

And one that has capacity to change

your life forever, just knowing it,

but just knowing it is one thing.

It's only one little thing.

It is the repetition and the

practice and the devotion.

That's the other piece of the

equation to building this new muscle.

Building these new neural pathways,

building, allowing the new DNA to come

through, letting your central nervous

system relax and stop responding to the

trauma of your past, as you continue to

develop these core fundamental stages.

So you can release the

overwhelm that you're carrying.

You can release all of the labels,

ADHD, ADD, I mean, the list goes on,

anxiety, depression, all of these things,

all of these things are because of

these fundamental stages that weren't

properly developed and are now causing

you to burn out, to be overwhelmed.

To be confused, to literally

create brain damage.

And when you go into these stages,

you will now have the clarity and

the focus because you'll be able to

reparent yourself instead of being the

:

child and making decisions from the

child who didn't get those needs met.

This is why we have people

that are in their 40s and 50s,

even 30s, 30s, 40s, whatever.

It doesn't even matter the age, but

this is why your age doesn't matter.

Your age has nothing to do with it.

How successful you have gotten

in other areas of your life

has nothing to do with it.

But I'm going to tell you this.

If you've had a high success

rate in other areas of your life,

you're missing the freaking boat.

You're missing the freaking boat.

Because when you have this fundamental

core thing that you have freaking

mastered, you're no longer making

decisions from parts of yourself.

That are the five year old

little boy a little girl.

You're no longer making emotional

decisions like the twelve year old

You are not distracted anymore.

You're completely focused.

There's no background noise going

on in your hidden thoughts that

you don't even know are there.

When you build these stages and

you practice, the muscles grow.

You can scale your business, your family.

You can evolve your family as you

become the character in your story

that you're freaking proud of.

original plan, which is the divine plan.
